visitors.
The Cotton House is fully furnished, including exquisite
linens, towels, full kitchen and washer/dryer. Maid
service is provided one time per week. A $500.00 damage
deposit is required. Rates do not include an 8% Hotel
Tax. 50% of the rental is required to confirm a reservation
with the full balance due 45 days prior to arrival.
Sorry, we do not accept credit cards. We are available
to provide information about car rentals. Since the
rental funds are non-refundable, we also suggest you
purchase travel insurance.
